Rick Liggett - Sales Associate

I have a deep-rooted enjoyment for the outdoors and wildlife. I have a for "The Land" coupled with a curiosity for wildlife and property improvement. As a young man my grandparents taught me how to make a living ranching while nurturing a love to steward the land. I remember being captivated by the study of ranching, the grasses, ground and subsurface water use, and the science of balancing livestock use and wildlife habitat.

I have an educational foundation that includes studies at Texas Christian University in Ranchland Management, and Business Administration at Texas Wesleyan University. Practical application has come while working with my family's ranch in north Texas and managing a ranch in Colorado, coupled with experience working with Creekside Rural Investments acquiring and marketing ranches in Texas. My background has prepared me for multiple, diverse challenges in the acquisition, improvement, management and marketing of Texas and Colorado real estate, with a skill set strong in attention to detail and organization. // Back to top
